Vegetable Research and Development Station Buzău (SCDL Buzău) is a strategic institution dedicated to research and development in the field of vegetable cultivation, serving the vegetable basin of Buzău County and neighboring areas.
Located at 23 Mesteacănului Street, Buzău, SCDL Buzău focuses on various research directions, including the breeding and conservative selection of vegetable and flower varieties, agrochemistry, physiology, biochemistry, optimization of cultivation technologies for open-field and protected crops, plant protection, and floriculture.
The station offers a wide range of seedlings and seeds, available both at the institution’s headquarters and through delivery nationwide.
