In accordance with Article 5 of Law 544/2001 on Free Access to Public Interest Information, every public authority or institution is required to disclose, on its own initiative, the following public interest information:

In accordance with Articles 21 and 22 of Law No. 544/2001 on Free Access to Public Interest Information, a person who considers that their right of access to the public interest information requested has been infringed may submit an administrative complaint (complaint template with redirect button) to the management of the Vegetable Research and Development Station Buzau within 30 days of becoming aware of the express or tacit refusal of the employee designated within the institution to apply the provisions of Law 544/2001 on Free Access to Public Interest Information.
If a person considers that their rights have been infringed, they may lodge a complaint with the administrative litigation division of the county court in whose territorial jurisdiction they are resident or in whose territorial jurisdiction the registered office of the public institution is located. The complaint must be lodged within 30 days of the expiry of the time limit laid down in Article 7 of Law No. 544/2001 on Free Access to Public Interest Information.
