Another international award for VRDS Buzau!
Dr Eng. Ovidia Agapie has won the ISHS Young Minds Award for Best Poster Presentation at X-SEEVP 2026, held in Chania, Greece!
The award-winning results were obtained within the ADER 2.1.7/2023 project, funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, in partnership with the Research and Development Institute for Plant Protection Bucharest and the National Institute for Laser, Plasma and Radiation Physics.
This is the second ISHS Young Minds Award received by Ovidia Agapie and the fourth award of its kind won by VRDS Buzau researchers, following the achievements of our colleagues, including Elena Barcanu, a laureate at the European Horticultural Congress 2024.
An achievement that confirms the value of the research carried out at VRDS Buzau and our team’s consistent presence on the international scientific stage.
