Today we present three salad varieties created by the Vegetable Research and Development Station Buzau – tasty, productive and perfect for your garden or polytunnel.
Grația lettuce – tender leaves, a very attractive market appearance and a delicate taste. Ideal for eating fresh.
Riana lettuce – a vigorous variety with crisp leaves and good resilience in cultivation. Perfect for fresh, healthy salads.
Aroma hot salad – for those who love an intense flavour! A new leaf mustard variety with a powerful aroma and a moderate level of heat.
Establishment period:
•Early spring – sown from February to March under protection
• In the field – from March to April, once the soil allows the work
• Autumn – sown in August-September for autumn crops
