On Thursday, 28 May 2026, VRDS Buzau took part in the 5th edition of the annual ASAS conference “Achievements and prospects in Romanian agricultural and forestry research”, organised by the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences “Gheorghe Ionescu-Sisesti”.
Two scientific papers produced by the VRDS Buzau team were presented during the event:
“The effect of foliar biostimulant application on the yield and fruit quality of the tomato variety ‘Florina 44’ grown in the field”
“Soil structure and weed flora in vegetable agroecosystems at VRDS Buzau”
Taking part in this event reaffirms the commitment of VRDS Buzau to promoting applied research and innovative solutions for Romanian vegetable growing.
