- The Cezar variety is early and can be grown under protected cultivation and in the open field, in early spring or in autumn.
- At high temperatures, the yield potential decreases.
- The crop is established by direct sowing in closely spaced rows, at 20-25 cm between rows and 15-20 cm between plants within the row.
- The variety produces succulent shoots and leaves that can be used in a variety of dishes.
- The yield potential is 12-15 t of green mass/ha. Two or three harvests can be taken, depending on when the crop is established and on the technology applied.
- The variety tolerates a range of technological approaches, from the small-scale garden system through to the intensive system. The seed rate per hectare varies from 2 to 4 kg, depending on the planting scheme used.
