Project objective
Conservation and use of the vegetable-growing heritage with useful phenotypic expression and high ecological plasticity in 15 vegetable species (tomatoes, beans (climbing and dwarf), cucumbers, peppers (sweet, long, gogoșar and hot), cabbage, onion, aubergine, watermelon, carrot, courgette, lettuce, dill, parsley (leaf and root), parsnip, celeriac) of significance for the health of consumers and for vegetable growers throughout the country.
